Over the years, I worked closely with distributed and remote teams and repeatedly faced the same challenge — lack of clear visibility into real work and productivity. Existing tools either relied heavily on manual timesheets or focused too much on surveillance instead of meaningful productivity.
I initially built TimeLedger as an internal system for Pulse Solutions to accurately track work activity, application usage, time, and attendance. The platform has been running in a live production environment and has proven to be stable, reliable, and effective.
After seeing the impact internally, I decided to make TimeLedger available to other IT and software companies facing similar challenges — especially those managing remote or desk-based teams.
