MY GAMES

Privacy Policy

Effective date and last updated:
Android application: app.my.games

This policy explains how the My Games Android app handles information. My Games is a free collection of offline games for children and families. It is provided by the developer identified on its Google Play listing.

At a glance: No registration, advertisements, purchases or advertising trackers. Games run on your device. Game progress and preferences are stored locally. Google Play is used to check for app updates.

1. Information collected by My Games

My Games does not ask players to provide their name, email address, phone number, date of birth or account details. The app does not collect or upload personal information to the developer's servers.

The app does not include advertising or analytics SDKs, use an online game server, or send gameplay records to the developer. It does not access your contacts, precise location, photos, camera or microphone. Short game sounds are generated on the device and do not record audio.

2. Information stored on your device

To remember your progress and choices, My Games stores the following in its local app storage:

This information is used only for game features such as rewards, personal bests, favorites and goals. My Games does not upload or share it. Sound choices may be kept for the current app session.

3. Google Play and app updates

Gameplay works offline. When Google Play is available, My Games checks whether a newer version can be installed and may show an optional update prompt. Google Play manages the update download and installation.

Google Play and the Android operating system may process app-version, device, account, download or diagnostic information under their own policies. My Games does not receive your Google account password or ask you to register a Google account within the app.

For Google's practices, see the Google Privacy Policy. External websites and Google Play are governed by their own privacy policies.

4. Children's privacy

My Games is designed for children and families, including younger children. It does not ask children for personal information, create user profiles on a server, offer chat or online multiplayer, or display advertisements.

Parents and guardians can supervise play and remove local progress by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it. A parent or guardian can contact the developer with a privacy question using the contact method below.

5. Sharing, advertising and tracking

The developer does not sell personal information, share gameplay data with advertisers, or use My Games to track players across apps or websites. There are no advertisements or in-app purchases.

The Google Play integration described above operates under Google's policies. This policy describes the Android app; visiting this website may be subject to the website operator's separate privacy practices.

6. Retention and deletion

Local game progress remains on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall My Games. The developer has no server-side copy of this progress and cannot recover it after deletion.

To delete local progress:

  1. Open Android Settings and select Apps.
  2. Choose My Games, then Storage or Storage & cache.
  3. Select Clear storage or Clear data, and confirm.

Menu names vary by device. You can also uninstall the app. Deletion removes points, badges, favorites, best times and saved targets. No account-deletion request is needed because My Games does not create accounts.

7. Security

Progress is kept in Android's app storage rather than on a My Games server. The app relies on the operating system's protections for this storage. Keep your device secure and install updates through trusted sources such as Google Play.

8. Changes to this policy

If the app's information-handling practices change, this policy will be updated. The date at the top identifies the latest revision.

9. Contact the developer

For privacy questions, open the My Games Google Play listing and use the email address shown under App support or Developer contact. Parents and guardians may use the same contact method.

Please identify your message as a My Games privacy enquiry. Do not send a child's personal information or sensitive device data.
