1. Overview
My Easy Phone combines phone-health guidance with a simplified Android home-screen experience. You can use only the health tools, or enable Easy Phone / Senior Mode to make everyday phone use simpler.
2. First-time setup
Review the Home dashboard to see an easy summary of your phone condition.
Features such as Usage Access, Contacts and Location explain why access is needed before you enable it.
The language can be changed later from Settings.
Search and add favourite contacts, then search and add only the apps you want on the Easy Phone screen.
My Easy Phone does not automatically delete apps, contacts or files. Review and confirmation are used before destructive actions.
3. Home dashboard
The dashboard summarizes important information at a glance and recommends useful next actions.
4. Phone health
The Health screen gives a clearer view of storage, RAM and battery information.
| Area | What My Easy Phone shows |
|---|---|
| Storage | Used and available device storage with a simple health status. |
| Memory (RAM) | Current device memory usage. |
| Battery | Charge level, battery temperature and power-saver status where Android exposes the data. |
| Active apps | Running/recently active apps and recent foreground-use information available through Android. |
5. Apps & performance
Review installed apps, recently used apps and apps that may deserve attention.
6. Files & storage
Use the Files section to review large and older files that may be consuming storage.
- Find large files based on the threshold you choose.
- Review older files before deciding whether they are still needed.
- Open a file for inspection.
- Delete only after explicit confirmation.
7. Contacts
The Contacts area is intended for review and for creating the small favourite-contact list used by Easy Phone.
- Search contacts and add selected people to Favourites.
- View all current favourites and remove them at any time.
- Select one or multiple contacts for deletion when you intentionally want to remove them.
- Review possible duplicate or rarely used contact hints where Android data is available.
8. Easy Phone / Senior Mode
Easy Phone turns My Easy Phone into a simplified home-screen experience designed for users who want fewer choices and larger, clearer actions.
Search for people and add only those who should appear on Easy Phone.
Search installed apps and choose only the apps the user should see.
Android may ask you to choose My Easy Phone as the Home app. Android requires this choice to be confirmed by the user.
Easy Phone displays favourite contacts, chosen apps, recent selected apps, battery status, Phone Help and Emergency.
9. Emergency assistance
The Emergency feature is designed to reduce accidental activation while helping the user quickly prepare an alert for favourite contacts.
A full-screen countdown begins instead of immediately opening a message.
The user has a large Cancel Emergency button. Countdown duration can be set to 5, 8 or 10 seconds.
If permission is available, My Easy Phone includes a Google Maps link for the current or last-known location.
SMS can be prepared for favourite phone numbers. WhatsApp opens the supported share flow; WhatsApp does not allow another app to silently auto-send to multiple recipients.

13. Frequently asked questions
Does Easy Phone replace my Android launcher automatically?
No. Android requires you to explicitly choose the default Home app. My Easy Phone can open the appropriate Android setting, but it cannot silently replace your launcher.
Will My Easy Phone delete unused apps, contacts or files automatically?
No. Items are shown for review. Uninstall/delete actions require user confirmation.
Can Emergency silently send WhatsApp messages?
No. WhatsApp requires the user to review/confirm sending. My Easy Phone prepares the message and location using supported Android/WhatsApp flows.
Why is CPU or memory unavailable for some apps?
Modern Android restricts access to live CPU and per-app memory information belonging to other applications.
Do I have to use Easy Phone mode?
No. You can use My Easy Phone only as a phone-health and review tool if you prefer.
